Auto Plas Tech Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2004, Auto Plas Tech manufactures plastic sheet and forms it using vacuum thermoforming. We specialize in large-format products, and our engineering team consults on new product development, building the molds and tooling needed to bring a customer's design to production.

Our Equipment
A 5-stage line, from raw resin to finished part
Every job passes through a quality checkpoint at each stage, using equipment purpose-built for large-format plastic forming.

Raw Material
Premium-grade plastic resin, selected for durability and consistent product quality.

Sheet Extrusion
Resin is calendared into sheet using smooth-surface rollers, holding thickness to a consistent tolerance.

Vacuum Forming
Sheet is thermoformed on Two-Station or Rotary-type machines, chosen to match the part size and geometry.

Plastic Welding
Formed components are welded into strong assemblies, supporting large or geometrically complex parts.

Finished Part
Every part is quality-checked against the drawing and delivered on the schedule the customer needs.
